Homeowner Association assessments are due on January 14th 2012 and begin incurring late charges of $10.00 a month and interest at 1.5% monthly beginning February14th 2012.
Annual assessments are $280.00 dollars.
The increase in dues is to establish a reserve account for the association. The reserve account is needed to help offset any major expenses that the Association may incur such as fencing, sprinkler system, etc.
If you haven’t paid your assessments, you may have a lien filed against your property and additional charges may have been incurred. The board is reviewing options of turning those accounts over to collections.
The board will consider compromises and payment plans on an individual basis but you must contact the management company to discuss the situation.
